Great customer service on your end. Reservation did not go well at all. Some robot named Edgar kept emailing me that you didn’t have Larry‘s correct birthdate. I responded with the correct birthdate. I don’t know who screwed it up because it matched my birthday. The nightmare began trying to go through TSA. There it was pulled from the line, leaving me in a wheelchair without an escort. I have no idea where they took him to, I had no idea if he was going to be able to board the flight. I had an anxiety attack and almost complete breakdown while being held in TSA.
