Booking was fine but when I got to midway, the check-in counter said there was no record of me being booked on the trip! I had gotten an message to check-in to hotel so something had gone thru. I don't know whose fault this was but it was an awful way to start the trip. I went and sat in a heel chair while they checked everyone in line in. The nice woman at the counter had called the travel manager (or whatever her title was) and was waiting for a return call. Eventually she came over to my wheelchair and told me she had gotten me on the flight. Next, when I checked into the Beau my room was NOT by the elevator as requested. I was month out from having 20% of my lung removed because of cancer. This was not a frivolous request. I don't know if these were issues that could be pinned on you or not but it left a terrible taste in my mouth. I may just book through MGM next trip! Also, when I called to add a wheelchair to my trip, I mentioned that I had not gotten my travel packet. I was told the USPS mail has been wonky -- which it has been -- but it also might have been my first clue that something was amiss.
