Booking was great through Grueninger. Once I got to Atlantic City I had problems. Issue with room. 3 hour wait. An hour wait for Shuttle bus after shoe at Tropicana. 7 hour delay at airport. Then at least an hour wait to get luggage.

The shows were fantastic, thank you!! The food was great, all of the casino personnel were extremely pleasant and helpful, except one. We had a very unpleasant return flight, completely out of your control, but the rescue flight personnel had us laughing and relaxed before we got into the air. One flight attendant could definitely do standup comedy.

Joe the booking experience was fine; but after that several critical things happened: we ordered a wheelchair for each leg of the fights due to surgery that left me still in pain and unable to walk any distances; when we arrived at Reno, NV there was no transport or transportation there for us…. At least that is what we were told. There was another couple that were left also but they made a call to find out where the vans were…. We ended up some how getting a ride in a small Lynx car. The other couple was Seven Stars and had been to Lake Tahoe but never had this happen before. When we arrived at the hotel … we were told they had double booked/ over booked and didn’t have but a very few rooms left, if any; however, when I inquired about my credit card on file… it had been charged. After a time period we were given a room….. the seven star couple was sent across the street to a partner hotel.
