Flights were on time, able to pick up car at airport, and still have a nice first evening at the casino. Room this time needs a deeper cleaning, but enjoy having the corner room with nice view of the river. Water pressure, temperature were perfect!

When booking with Grueninger it almost feels like I am talking with family. We have never had a single problem in all the years we have traveled with them. We always spread a good word to other people about your wonderful service . Now, if only you could tell the Beau to stop being so stingy with their machines. It sure isn’t as fun as it was a few years ago plus they took out all of the old machines. Every time I go I tell myself I’m not going back but… I always do and I always lose . 😢. Keep up the good work… you people are amazing!! 😊👏🏼👍🏼

Melanie was awesome!! I filled out a contact/book form for a last minute travel request to the Beau Rivage and had to be put on the waitlist. MGM Air stated that they would contact me once a spot opened up since I was also on their waitlist, but it was Melanie who contacted me first and made the process really easy!! Great communication, was able to get me additional food/bev comps without me having to ask and was very helpful and informative about what I should expect! This was the first time I’ve utilized a travel agency for a junket trip and I’ll definitely use y’all again! Thank you!
