This was our first booking experience with Grueninger Gold. The communication was clear and efficient from the beginning and throughout our travel to the Beau Rivage. We have visited the Beau Rivage in the past on our own or through comps offered by the Beau Rivage. This experience made us feel like VIPs with our luggage being taken directly from the plane to our room, our check-in was quick and efficient, and all comps were available as usual. Having transportation provided from the airport to the hotel and back again was also well organized and efficient. We were also pleased with our return trip as luggage was picked up from our room and ready at the airport. We made some new friends from Kansas City and enjoyed the entire experience provided by Grueninger Gold.

Such an easy and fun trip, will definitely book again before years end…email communication was great prior to trip, checkin at airport was perfect, and Sun Country experience was over the top!!! Harrahs in Laughlin was great, transfer process to the property seamless. Room itself was better than expected. So, all in all, a great travel experience, thanks for the good times 😊
