Booking process is quick, call and someone answers. As a repeat customer they have all my information on file and just verified there were no changes. Booking thru the property you are often on hold for what can be a long time and have to repeat all your information each time. I have also found I was able to book a trip sooner thru Grueninger than I could thru the property directly.

We are actually taking our trip in June 2023. When we first inquired the offer indicated we’d need to pay about $500. I told Lisa we could not do that. She checked with Beau Rivage and got us a MUCH better offer so we will be going. Lisa does a great job.

I love the casino trips! Everything is so organized and easy from getting on the plane, ground transportation and chartered flights. Everyone is going to the same place. Never have had any delayed flights. Hotel is ready as soon as we get to our location.
